Meet Chrissie Noonan

 

Chrissie Noonan – Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)

Chrissie-NoonanChrissie completed the 200 hour Pacific Yoga Teacher Training program in December 2013 and the Advanced Nine Moons Prenatal Teacher Training in early 2014.  Chrissie started practicing yoga in college but became more dedicated in 2010 during recovery from a lower back/sacroiliac injury.  Chrissie believes yoga brings a holistic approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.  In this sense, she believes “yoga is for every body” regardless of gender, spiritual belief, current stress levels and can be modified for many physical conditions.

Chrissie is trained in Iyengar-influenced alignment-based hatha yoga, and specializes in gentle therapeutic yoga and incorporating yoga into your personal health journey.
