What is Exercise with Oxygen?

Benefits are thought to be the result of increasing the oxygen carrying capacity of the red blood cells and the plasma.

Shallow breathing, lack of exercise, and aging result in low plasma oxygen levels in many people, contributing to a multitude of chronic health challenges.

The Mask and Oxygen Flow Rate:

The proper flow rate must be above 7 liters per minute of over 90% concentrated oxygen.  (We use 10 liters/minute with a concentrator designed to average 95%).  The use of a mask with an attached bag allows us to ensure you are breathing the proper amount of oxygen, maximizing your results
In our clinic, you have the option of just inhaling the oxygen, inhaling oxygen while using a recumbent bike, or inhaling oxygen while standing or exercising on the Sonix Whole Body Vibration machine.
